Abstract: Honey Scam and Sextortion represent a mutated form of cybercrime that targets an individual's "social life" rather than mere material assets. This study aims to analyze the structural failure of the legal system and social stigma in addressing these crimes through a socio-legal perspective. The research utilizes a normative-juridical method with a sociological approach. The findings indicate that the effectiveness of sextortion as a criminal tool is heavily reliant on the "moral hypocrisy" of society, where social stigma acts as an informal punishment for the victim while granting impunity to the perpetrator. The study concludes that without a reconstruction of collective morality and a shift from territorial to digital jurisdiction, the legal system will remain stagnant in a cycle of criminal déjà vu.
